What we did over the holidays part 2

Christmas Week: Well, Daddy is home this week. Yeah! Just in time for a little cardboard sledding, Mippi style.

This child has a lot of loot coming to him in the next few days so I let him open one from my aunt. He built this by himself and played with it for about 1 1/2 hours. Wow. Christmas needs to come every 4 months, or so.

Here he is playing. Notice the ball of light over him? We always joke that these glowing orbs are my mother coming to visit. She was here a lot over christmas. :)
A little explanation: In Savannah if you ever go on one of those ghost tours, they say there are certain spots that when you take pictures of them you will see these "glowing orbs". Previously I scoffed at the idea until my sister showed me her digital images of one of the tours; it was creepy. Over the years my mama's orb ;) would be occasionally hovering over the babies or around certain events. Sound silly? Well, it's a comforting thought to me and it's an interesting phenomenon.

Yeah! Christmas morning! This is one of the only shots without a glowing ball of light. My mom was hogging all the pictures, haha. Little Toh-Toh is starting off with his stocking. What you can't see: The ginormous amount of crap under and around the tree and spilling onto the furniture, the 2nd mini tree with the gifts around it (rolling eyes), all the reindeer food that has been gobbled up or strewn about the yard, and Santa's cookies that were mostly eaten (blech). Merry Merry!
